2024 Competitor Information

 CYNOSPORT DOCUMENTS 2024:

The Cynosport 2024 Test Schedule and Entry Form are available now on the USDAA Event Page. 

Pre-Event Details:

  • Cynosport Hotel Accommodations
  • RV Information (for overnighting at Kino Sports Complex. Day parking will also be available. Details coming soon.) Please submit your request for RV Overnight parking with your entry form by the closing date.  Spots will be confirmed after closing. Link to the entry and reservation details is available here (please see page 3 of the PDF).
  • Cynosport General Grounds Map
  • Reserved Crating: ALL reserved crating will be outdoors in tents with 3 sides to block the sun – tents will be open on one side for access. Crating spaces are 5′ wide by 10′ deep and should accommodate a chair and two medium crates side-by-side (smaller crates may be stacked). Bring a shade cloth should the sun peek into your space and battery-powered fans – no electricity is available in these tents. Cost per 5′ x 10′ space is $88 and should be submitted with your entry. If you would like to crate with a group, please have one person submit a crating reservation indicating the total number of spaces needed along with the appropriate fee. Every effort will be made to accommodate such requests, but USDAA reserves the right to split spaces to fit in the area available.
  • Self Tenting Crating Areas: 10′ x 10′ canopies may be set up in designated areas within the competitor crating confines. Canopies cannot be secured using stakes. Gallon water jugs ‘bungeed’ to the legs or tent weights may be used to secure personal canopies. Self tenting is limited in the primary crating area. Overflow self tenting will be in field one.

Practice Ring Information

A practice ring will be provided as the schedule allows during the show hours. The practice ring is first-come, first-served, and a timer will be provided. Dogs must be under control at all times in the practice ring, as to not disrupt the competition rings nearby.

Practice pass wristbands can be purchased with your entry. Competitors should pick up their pre-purchased wristbands from the secretary at check-in.
